I've been visiting the Institute for my father's treatment under the aegis of Dr. Sangeeta Goswami for almost a year now. I'm glad to say that both the service and the Institute (especially the Retina Department) itself have been meticulous in their dealings. The staff go beyond their duties and are even willing to fill in their patients with information that would hitherto go unheeded in other hospitals/institutions. The fees are reasonable, the doctors approachable and the subsidiary staff always courteous. I hope the high standards that they've maintained will be a continuous and sustained process!!!

I had accompanied my uncle for his checkup to the retina department today and the service provided by the receptionist and all the medical personnels was prompt.
