Pleasant experience every time whenever I visited. The patient friendly atmosphere & almost all staff are capable of speaking almost all local languages. This thing is very very important for a large number of aged patients like my mother who feel embarrassed in languages other than mother tongue. Behaviors of optometrists are quite decent. I don't have audacity to praise the behavior & kindness of Dr Supratik Banerjee towards patients, since from the time when I saw him for the first time in Greater Lions Eye Hospital, Siliguri.
