It was a wonderful and enriching educational experience with two legendary eye surgeons, Padma Shri awardees, Dr. Mahipal Singh Sachdev and Dr. Jeewan Singh Titiyal, who shared their valuable knowledge and expertise with the Eye Surgeons of North Bengal, Bihar and Sikkim in a CME organised by the Himalayan Eye Institute.
