CASHLESS MEDICLAIM SERVICE FOR EYE SURGERY
Cashless services can be easily availed at The Himalayan Eye Institute. Cashless mediclaim services provide the flexibility of availing medical treatment by an Insured person without worrying about the Finances. If a patient has health insurance and has been advised for eye surgery by our doctor, s/he needs to submit the following documents at our TPA desk to enable us to obtain prior approval from insurance agencies for cashless services. The terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies should be thoroughly read for availing of the services at The Himalayan Eye Institute.Whether a patient is entitled to full or partial cashless approval depends on the type of insurance policy and terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies. The Himalayan Eye Institute facilitates the process of obtaining prior approval for cashless services; however, the hospital is not responsible for denial or partial approval for cashless services. It is recommended that the patient should submit the following documents to our TPA desk in advance to avoid rejection of a cashless request by the insurance or TPA agencies:
- Xerox copy of policy holder’s Aadhar and PAN card
- Xerox copy of patient’s Aadhar card
- Xerox copy of policy paper or cashless card
- Xerox copies of pre-operative test reports including Biometry & OCT
- Original copy of Doctor’s prescription advising surgery
