CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION

Several times a year, The Himalayan Eye Institute organizes Continuing Medical Education programmes (CME) for ophthalmologists. Eminent faculty from India and abroad conduct these seminars, workshops, and clinical/surgical demonstrations. Training and education are recognized as key factors that influence the reach, range, and quality of eye health service delivery. The institute focuses on imparting quality education and training to all cadres of eye care professionals. Oculoplasty & Ocular Oncology: Pearls from the East, June 25-26, 2016

Under the aegis of Oculoplastics Association of India & Ophthalmic Society of West Bengal, The Himalayan Eye Institute in collaboration with North Bengal Ophthalmic Club, organized an international conference on Oculoplasty & Ocular Oncology from 25th to 26th June 2016, at Montana Vista, Siliguri.  Following eminent guest faculty from all over India, Nepal & Bangladesh participated in the conference: Padma Sri Dr. A K Grover, (Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi) Shawkat Ara Shakoor Milly, (National Institute of Ophthalmology, Dhaka) Dr. Mohd.
